Lobstah Roll

Yet another 40+ year old lobster down the hatch this past weekend -- about a 7 pounder.

This time I shelled him and sauteed his innards in butter and took the succulent chunks and stacked them on a toasted onion roll.

This is only one of two rolls that I devoured that afternoon... earlier in the day, I had typical lobster meal with warm butter (claws).

Sweet!
