Waiting on a Friend

Here's a final B&W example of the night... a picture I snapped with my iPhone while my one friend and I sat in a Long Island pub waiting for our other friends to make it through cross-Bronx traffic.

The lighting condition in this tiny place was absolutely atrocious - dynamic range all over the place from the darkest of dark wooden stools to the stark afternoon light streaming through a solitary window. Nothing that even a pass through Photoshop could cure...

However in B&W, it works pretty well and offers its tale...
