After 4 hours of walking around, the Halloween "extortion" was deemed a resounding success...

What a haul !!! Must have been a long night or a number of handfull extortions. Maybe costumes were a bit menacing or the carachters have more ominous proportions.
Wonderful haul and fun family memories. I see that Hershey made a killing this Halloween. What happened to all the treats of old: Mary Janes, Neccos, Jawbreakers and those Jolly Rancher hard candy sticks that get wedged in there and yank wisdom teeth like a pair of watermelon-flavored pliers?
P.S. A nod to nostalgia, I've just decided in 2011 I'm going to give out those homemade popcorn balls...you know, the ones wrapped in clear cellophane, usually handed out by a chain smoker in a double wide like down around Brattle Street.
