Empty Birch

Looking up at the birch tree near my deck, it is clear that summer is over and fall has taken a firm hold. Winter is just around the corner... short days and cold nights will keep us all inside until spring. Need to think about taking a mid-winter vacation, even if only to the indoor water park!
