Tully Lake

Finally getting back to my blogging... been busy with work, kids sports, Facebook, etc. Here's a shot taken from the beautiful shores of Tully Lake. Snapped during my visit back to Athol in mid-September.

Oh how I wish I had my kayak for a quick trip up to Long Pond... will happen again someday.

Someone needs to kayak up to Our etched rock at Long Pond. I think that Bob B. has not spent time in a kayak ad you have. Bringing both kayaks up, or better yet, persuading him to get a cheap canoe, and together you could explore these lovely waters.

We should camp at Tully Lake on 2010 with the kids. See Doanes, hike and kayak Long Pond, Spirit Falls Royalston, Royalston cemetaries as well as Silver Lake, show them our old homes, Royalston Falls on Falls Road, clime Tully Mtn, and I know your family has climbed it already, but day trip to climb Monadnock. Hmm.

PS. YouTube has videos of Doanes and Spirit Falls from this year.

Lakeside campsite 60 per night. Allow swimming right from campsite. Bring bikes and kayaks to mess around with right from camp. Showers etc on site. You can photograph the whole endeavor.
