Nothing that anyone would remark kindly about through semi-veiled jealousy. Not real gold, not hand-crafted, not anyone's definition of a 'precision' timepiece... for gosh sakes, it doesn't even have hands!!
How inelegant, right?
Right... and wrong.
The elegance of this wristwatch lies in its purity of function.
Features like an easily read digital face, water-resistance to 200 meters, a strong backlight, self-setting to the atomic clock, a stopwatch, a timer, multi-zone time, and several alarms. A low-cost item that demands no special caution in use as it is tough enough to be run over by a truck and surface unscathed.
No, not fancy... functional. And I am learning to appreciate that more and more.
