I took a little detour on the way to work this morning. Drove by Round Valley Reservoir and noticed that that sun was just coming up and the gate across the causeway was open.
Just the invitation that I needed to take a little stroll in the woods.
I took lots of photos, and looking at them now, I see that they were all pretty marginal. But wanted to share my story, so here's one of the better ones.
