A look up the shoreline.
Technically, I believe that this is North Carolina Route 12. AS you can see, it is a little soft and sandy. Not for non- 4x4 vehicles and even at that, there were many half-buried trucks along the route. Thankfully, no issues for any of us in our daily trek out to the beach.
Wild horses that frequent the shoreline up where the road ends...
