Not sure what is going on here, but the dam has been under construction for a while now. Appears that the parking area was slowly slipping into the river, so making more permanent reinforcements. Hope they are out of there soon --- from an asthetic and taxpayer perspective.

Some night, try to jack start that mini dozer across the way and drive it into the water.
