Beautiful Day

Another beauty of a day (Sunday) here in New Jersey. Spent this morning mowing the lawn and doing some tree pruning. Was a great day with perfect weather --- would love to see more of these! Did some skateboarding with Alex during the long light of summer days... we had a great time.


Good day for ballooning too as witnessed by these two drifters hovering over my back yard.

Up, Up, Up

As I was getting ready for dinner, I saw one of the many balloons that we usually see float overhead. It's funny, but we have seen far fewer balloonists this year than in years past - perhaps due to the financial climate, there are fewer paying passengers.

This may be the perfect time to take a trip myself - work 'em on the price a little.

This balloon was quite far away, but the trusty Canon 100-400 worked its magic once again.
