Watch Hill - Westerly, Rhode Island

Spent some time poking around the village of Watch Hill (technically a section of Westerly Rhode Island). Beautiful place with quaint shops and beaches. Fun to pole around for an hour or so.

Apparently, pop icon Taylor Swift recently purchased a huge mansion at the top of Watch Hill (yet still has beach access in the back). Hers is the gigantic (can't tell from this picture) white one at the top of the hill. She paid a cool $17.75MM for this 8 bedroom, 10.5 bath, historic home. Rumor has it that she has no mortgage... paid in cold hard cash. Pretty sweet.

So next time an artist complains that their songs are being ripped off by Napster and other sharing sites, tell 'em f-off and take a few lessons from Taylor... seems to work!
